One-to-one advice

Advice on the questions staff bring to HR

Staff ask HR about pensions, tax relief and mortgages because they have nobody else to ask. Advice on demand gives them a qualified advisor instead: one person who looks at their whole position and tells them what to do next.

Sessions are private and run by video or in person. The advisor works from the employee's own numbers: their pay, their pension, their mortgage, their family. If something needs setting up, such as an AVC or cover for a new mortgage, the same advisor does it and compares every main Irish provider.

  • Pensions, AVCs and tax relief within the age limits
  • Old pensions from previous jobs found and reviewed
  • Life cover, income protection and serious illness cover
  • Mortgages, from a first home to switching
  • Savings, investing and planning for children
  • Retirement: the lump sum, ARF or annuity, and timing
Booking

Staff book a time that suits them

Each employee gets a link to book a session online at a time that suits them, during or outside working hours. No forms through HR and no queue. The first session sets out where they stand. After that, they come back whenever something changes: a new baby, a house move, a promotion, a pension statement they do not understand.

What an employee tells their advisor stays between them. If you want a report on take-up, you get overall figures, never personal details.

  • Online booking, by video or in person
  • The same advisor each time
  • Personal details never shared with the employer
  • Open to staff at every level, from first job to pre-retirement
For the employer

Why employers add it to the package

A pension or a health plan only works as a benefit if staff understand it. Advice turns a line on the payslip into something people talk about. Staff who know what their pension will pay are more likely to stay in it, add to it and value the employer who provides it.

It also takes money questions off HR's desk. The advisor handles questions on auto-enrolment, pension statements and retirement options, so your team does not have to.

  • Benefits staff understand and value
  • Money questions handled by a qualified advisor, not HR
  • Pre-retirement planning for long-serving staff
  • Works alongside your existing pension and health plans

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers with the figures. If yours is not here, a senior advisor answers it in your review.

What does advice on demand cover?

Pensions and AVCs, old pensions from previous jobs, protection, mortgages, savings and investing, planning for children, and retirement options. If a question is outside that, the advisor tells the employee where to go.

Is it confidential?

Yes. What an employee discusses with their advisor stays between them. The employer can receive overall take-up figures, never personal details.

Who can use it?

Every employee you include, at every level. Staff can bring a partner to sessions about a mortgage or retirement.

How do staff book?

Online, through a booking link we give you to share. They pick a time that suits them, by video or in person.

Is the advice regulated?

Yes. True Wealth is a trading name of True Financial Ltd, regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. Every recommendation is given in writing.

Do we need to change our pension scheme?

No. Advice on demand works alongside any pension or health plan you already have, wherever it is held.
